AJ Coaching – Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Paid spaces will be prioritised.
• We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
• If a session is cancelled by AJ Coaching due to insufficient numbers, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative session may be offered.
• In the event of sessions being cancelled due to adverse weather, AJ Coaching will offer either a catch-up session or a refund where possible.
• Participants must not attend sessions if they have been unwell within 48 hours prior to the session.
• Parents/guardians must declare all relevant medical conditions during registration and inform us of any changes as soon as possible via coach@ajfootballcoaching.com .
• AJ Coaching must be informed if you do not wish for your child to be photographed or included in marketing material. This must be communicated at registration and updated if circumstances change.
